When creating a journal entry instead of having to manually enter the subject, measurement type, tags, to be able to save those fields and assign it to an NFC tag or a button within the app that allows to assign the settings to a specific tag (for eg: Plant ID).

This would then allow the user to press a button or use their phone to scan an NFC, QR code, and to save the pH pen reading and have the chosen fields already filled in (still editable though).
